Matcha, the Japanese drinking grade (ceremonial) tea, is powdered green tea that’s whisked into water, creating a totally unique drink. Diving into the world of matcha can be difficult, however, if you’re not yet aware of some of its realities. You’ll get to a nice start right away with our matcha course, and you’ll also definitely drink enough matcha to keep you going for the rest of the day. We suggest booking the workshop for the daytime if you’re worried about the caffeine affecting your sleep.

introduction to matcha and its traditional-style preparation
trying three different matcha teas getting to whisk your own portions of matcha some useful tips, making matcha latte, matcha creative drinks, baking matcha pastries guideline.
