1. Definitions
1.1. Seller – Food Quarter OÜ, Reg. Code 16569618, Legal Address Harju County, Tallinn, Kristine district, SEABITN 1-1501, 11316. Customer Service Number + 372-53-912912, hereinafter referred to as Food Quarter OÜ;
1.2. Food Quarter OÜ e-shop at www.dopamynematcha.ee;
1.3. Customer-Physical Full-Age A person whose activities are not limited to a valid court order or legal personality;
1.4. Cooperation partner – Food Quarter OÜ e-shop for goods or services providing legal body; 1.5. Account – Customer Registered Personal Data and Collection of Order History;
1.6. Food Quarter OÜ Accounts – Food Quarter OÜ Accounts in Social Networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc., which provide information on the products and services of the Food Quarter OÜ;
1.7. Services – All products offered by Food Quarter OÜ to the customer;

1.3. Klient –füüsiline täisealine isik, kelle tegevus ei ole piiratud kehtiva kohtumäärusega või juriidiline isik;
1.4. Koostööpartner – Food Quarter OÜ e-poes kaupu või teenuseid pakkuv juriidiline keha;
1.5. Konto – kliendi lehel registreeritud isiklikke andmeid ja tellimuste ajalugu sisaldav kogum;
1.6. Food Quarter OÜ kontod – Food Quarter OÜ kontod sotsiaalvõrgustikes nagu Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok jms, mis annavad teavet Food Quarter OÜ e-poe toodete ja teenuste kohta;
1.7. Teenused – kõik Food Quarter OÜ poolt kliendile pakutavad teenused;
1.8. Küpsis (cookie) – väike fail, mis saadetakse Food Quarter OÜ e-poodi külastava kliendi seadmesse. Antud definitsioon hõlmab lisaks küpsise-failile sarnast laadi failide kasutamist;
1.9. Tellimistingimused on kinnitatud Food Quarter OÜ e-poe tellimisinfos.
1.10. Otseturundus – tegevus, mille eesmärk on e-posti või muul otsesel teel pakkuda kliendile Food Quarter OÜ kaupu.
2. ÜLDSÄTTED
2.1. Food Quarter OÜ privaatsuspoliitika sätestab reeglid isikuandmete säilitamiseks, kogumiseks ja töötlemiseks, juhul, kui kasutatakse Food Quarter OÜ poolt pakutavaid teenuseid.
2.2. Privaatsuspoliitka on mõeldud turvalisuse ja isikuandmete kaitse tagamiseks Klientidele, et kaitsta neid ebaseadusliku isikuandmete kasutamise eest.
2.3. Klient kinnitab Food Quarter OÜ e-poe kasutamisega, et nõustub käesolevate Privaatsustingimustega ja annab nõusoleku enda isikuandete töötlemiseks. Privaatsuspoliitika on avalik ning kõigile kättesaadav www.dopamynematcha.com lehel. Iga uus klient, kes esmakordselt sõlmib Food Quarter OÜ e-poes müügitehingu, annab kinnituse isikuandmete töötlemise nõusoleku kohta.
2.4. Food Quarter OÜ e-pood sisaldab linke teiste ettevõtete ja organisatsioonide veebilehtedele ning et Müüja ei ole vastutav taoliste veebilehtede ega nende poolt pakutava privaatsuspoliitika tingimuste ja esitusviisi eest. Klient peab taolistel juhtudel end Food Quarter OÜ e-poes reklaamivate ettevõtete reeglite, Privaatsuspoliitika ja teiste dokumentidega kurssi viima.
2.5 Ostu puhul on Klient kohustatud Müüjale avaldama järgmised isikuandmed: ees- ja perekonnanimi, aadress, telefoninumber, e-postiaadress ja kohaletoimetamise aadress. Klient on vastutav enda poolt avaldatud isikuandmete õigsuse eest.
2.6. Müüjal on vaja koguda Kliendi alljärgnevaid isikuandmeid järgnevalt nimetatud eesmärgil:
2.6.1. E-posti aadress – vajalik Kliendile tellimusekinnituse ja muude ostetud kaubaga seotud dokumentide (arve jms) saatmiseks; Kasutamistingimustes ettenähtud juhtudel Kliendiga ühenduse võtmiseks; Kliendi nõusolekul otseturunduspakkumiste edastamiseks.
2.6.2. Telefoni number – vajalik Kliendile tellimuse staatuse kohta info edastamiseks, sealhulgas selleks, et teavitada klienti koos tellimuse numbriga, kui kaup on valmis üleandmiseks pakiautomaadi või mõne muu postiteenuse kaudu tellimuse teinud tellijale teate edastamiseks sellest, kuidas on võimalik tellimus kätte saada; Kliendiga ühenduse võtmiseks Kullerteenuse kasutamisel kauba üleandmise kokkuleppimiseks; Kliendi nõusolekul otseturunduspakkumiste edastamiseks.
3. Food Quarter OÜ ostude turvalisuse tagab Let’s Encrypt sertifikaat.
4. ISIKUANDMETE SÄILITAMISE JA KASUTAMISE KORD
4.1. Food Quarter OÜ kinnitab, et Kliendi isikuandmed on olulised selleks, et Kliendil oleks võimalik kasutada Food Quarter OÜ teenuseid.
Müüja kasutab Kliendi isikuandmeid teenuste osutamiseks ja kauba kohaletoimetamiseks, Kliendiga suhtlemiseks ning juhul, kui Klient on andnud selleks nõusoleku, ka otseturunduse eesmärgil. Isikuandmeid säilitatakse seitse kalendriaastat alates hetkest, mil andmed Müüjale esitatakse.
4.2. Food Quarter OÜ kohustub Kliendi isikuandmeid mitte avaldama kolmandatele isikutele välja arvatud järgmistel juhtudel:
4.2.1. kui Klient on nõus oma isikuandmete avalikustamiseks;
4.2.2. teenuse osutamiseks või Food Quarter OÜ Koostööpartneritelt kauba või teenuse tellimiseks, kui maksmisel ja kohaletoimetamisel on vajalikud Kliendi isikuandmed;
4.2.3.Food Quarter OÜ on isikuandmete vastutav töötleja, Food Quarter OÜ edastab maksete teostamiseks vajalikud isikuandmed volitatud töötleja WooCommerce Payments ja Stripe.
4.2.4. õigusekaitseasutuste poolt ettenähtud viisil, mis on sätestatud õigusaktidega Eesti Vabariigis;
4.3. Kliendile kehtivad järgmised õigused:
4.3.1. esitada kirjalik taotlus Müüjale, et Müüja tutvustaks Kliendile tema kohta seni kogutud isikuandmeid. Teave edastatakse Kliendi e-postiaadressile;
4.3.2. esitada Müüjale kirjalik taotlus, et saada teavet oma isikuandmete kogumise kohta ning uurimaks, mille jaoks neid töödeldakse ning kellele on tema andmed esitatud viimase aasta jooksul. Teave esitatakse Kliendile e-posti teel;
4.3.3. esitada Müüjale taotlus e-posti teel [email protected], et paluda peatada isikuandmete töötlemine, kui isikuandmete töötlemisel on eiratud Privaatsuspoliitikas ja Eesti Vabariigis seadustes sätestatud tingimusi;
4.3.4. Kui mitte nõustuda Privaatsuspoliitikas ette nähtud isikuandmete töötlemisega. Sel juhul ei ole Kliendil võimalik soetada Food Quarter OÜ e-poest ka kaupu ega teenuseid;
4.4. Müüja säilitab Kliendi tellimusega seotud andmeid seitse kalendriaastat alates Müüja majandusaasta lõppemisele järgnevast kalendriaastast lähtudes eesmärgist tagada Müüjale tema õiguste ja kohustuste ning kliendile tema ostja- ja tarbijaõiguste realiseerimine.
4.5. Klient ei pea avaldama oma isikuandmeid kolmandatele isikutele ja ka Müüjal on keelatud isikuandmeid kolmandatele isikutele edastada välja arvatud juhtudel 4.2.1-4.2.4 juhtudel. Juhul, kui Klient märkab midagi kahtlast, siis tuleb sellest kohe Müüjat teavitada.
4.6. Selleks, et kindlustada Food Quarter OÜ teenuste täielik kvaliteet, kasutab Food Quarter OÜ oma e-poes küpsiseid. Kliendil on võimalik näha, millist laadi informatsiooni (küpsiseid) Müüja või Müüja Koostööpartnerid salvestavad, lisaks on Kliendil võimalik küpsiseid ka osaliselt või täielikult kustutada. Klient nõustub Privaatsuspoliitikaga nõustudes, et tema arvutisse lisatakse küpsised. Nõusolekut on Kliendil igal ajal võimalik tagasi võtta, kuid antud juhul ei pruugi Food Quarter OÜ e-poe kõik vajalikud funktsioonid töötada. Kliendil on õigus küsida Food Quarter OÜ Koostööpartneritelt, milliseid küpsiseid nemad kasutavad.
4.7. Teist tüüpi küpsised – kasutatakse informatsiooni kogumiseks ja statistiliste andmete kogumiseks, et pakkuda Klientidele asjakohast ja just teda huvitavat sisu ning säilitada külastuste ajalugu.
