Matcha Latte:
- Measure Matcha: Add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder to a cup or bowl.
- Pour Water: Pour hot water (175°F/70-80°C) into the cup, filling it about 30-50ml.
- Whisk: Use a whisk in W or zigzag shape to mix the matcha (not stiring) & water until smooth & frothy.
- Steam/Froth Milk: Heat milk or milk alternative until warm & frothy.
- Combine: Pour the milk into the cup with the matcha mixture. Another option is to add cold milk or iced into the drink to enjoy cold version.
- Sweetener (Optional): Add sweetener, vanilla syrup, fruit puree as you like.
- Stir & Enjoy: Mix well & enjoy.
Matcha Tea:
- Measure Matcha: Add 1/4 teaspoon of matcha powder to a cup or bowl.
- Pour Water: Pour hot water (175°F/70-80°C) into the cup, filling it about 30-50ml.
- Whisk: Use a whisk to mix the matcha and water until smooth and frothy.
- Top Up: Fill the rest of the cup with hot water.
- Enjoy: suggest not to sit matcha tea for too long because matcha powder will sit at the bottom, taste & color will also fade away.
